My name is Kristie Hancock. When you have children your definition of "love" is completely redefined. As a parent, you willingly accept the role of care giver and provider as a parental obligation and as part of the unconditional love for the most important thing you will ever be part of. As a single mother of two amazing teen age boys, our roles have reversed over the last year as they have become my caretaker and provider. After my stomach failed, I was diagnosed with a  medical condition known as Gastroparisis. I had feeding tubes inserted in December of 2014. Additional complications and a life threating inflection forced me back into Denver's Intensive Care Unit for an extended stay. My condition and continued health challenges have left me unable to return to work. My boys without hesitation, without complaint, unselfishly assumed the role I committed to as a mom. While I continue to pray for a full recovery, my medical bills have topped more than $125,000. Setting aside my recovery, my sole focus at this moment is to safe guard the home I have raised my children in. My boys will be without a home in July if I do not bring my past due payments current immediately.  I am exerting every effort to take care of my obligations but find myself painted into a corner now. I humbly ask for a little BoostMeUp from the kind community around me.
